RiverCity Property Group was founded in Edmonton by Valerie Gordon, a local Edmontonian realtor and property manager who wanted to give residential investors a single, accountable point of contact for buying, selling, and managing rental property.
Today RiverCity works with owners across the Capital Region , Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc, and Beaumont, focused on single-family, infill, duplex, suite, and small multifamily property.
RiverCity Property Group Inc, provides licensed real estate and property management services in Alberta through an authorized brokerage: Professional Realty Group Inc.
