What to expect when you rent through us.
We are an Edmonton-based property management company that places tenants into homes we actively manage. Every rental on this page is handled directly by our team, so the person showing the property is the same team handling your lease, deposit, and maintenance after you move in.
How to apply
Tap any listing to view full photos and details. From there you can request a showing or start a prescreen. We respond within one business day, often the same day.
What we look for
Verifiable income, clean rental history, and references we can actually reach. We are fair, consistent, and transparent about what each owner is looking for in their property.
After you move in
Maintenance requests go to our in-house team, fully insured and vetted. Rent is collected through a simple online portal, and you have a real human to call if something needs attention.
